Charles Fraser is an Associate in Linklaters’ U.S. Investment Funds Group. Charles previously served as a Summer Associate at Linklaters in 2020, where he worked on matters for the Corporate/M&A, Dispute Resolution, and Finance practice areas.
Prior to joining Linklaters, Charles served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Yvonne M. Williams at the D.C. Superior Court.
Education and qualifications
Charles holds a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, where he served as the Managing Editor for the American University Business Law Review and Secretary for the Black Law Students Association.
In 2018, Charles graduated from Drexel University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Certificate in Creative Writing and Publishing.
Charles is a member of the New York State Bar.
