Cindy primarily represents individuals, businesses, property owners/managers, and recreational facilities in a variety of tort claims throughout Virginia, Maryland, and DC including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and other tort matters including slip/trip and falls, negligent hiring and retention, fraud, and third-party criminal acts. Cindy’s civil litigation practice also includes defending trucking cases. Cindy joined Harman Claytor after working for two and a half years at another Richmond civil litigation law firm.
