Courtlyn’s practice primarily focuses on government enforcement and investigations and commercial litigation matters. She has helped companies across a broad range of industries. In particular, she has experience with the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, partnership and construction disputes, and regulatory enforcement proceedings.
