Ms. Johnson brings to her government and regulatory affairs practice extensive experience representing clients before municipal bodies and state regulatory agencies, as well as a background in civil litigation. She has drafted pleadings, motions, and memoranda on complex civil litigation matters and managed all facets of discovery, including interrogatories, document production, and depositions. In addition, she has conducted legal research on a broad range of issues involving contracts, land use, employment, personal injury, and landlord-tenant disputes. Ms. Johnson has also successfully represented pro bono clients regarding constitutional issues before state and federal courts.
