Dee Baldwin is a managing associate in the Dentons’ Atlanta office and a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.
Prior to joining Dentons, Ms. Baldwin worked at a nationwide law firm where she gained substantive experience and familiarity with a wide variety of practice areas -- from transportation to entertainment and complex commercial and business disputes. Ms. Baldwin's expertise includes all phases of litigation, including pre-suit investigation, written discovery, taking and defending over 50 depositions involving fact and expert witnesses, significant motion practice, and mediation. She has assisted clients in obtaining favorable summary judgment rulings and preparing first-chair oral arguments in state courts throughout Georgia. Ms. Baldwin has represented numerous clients, including business owners, entertainers, corporations, third-party logistics companies, and manufacturers. Ms. Baldwin is a skilled, forward-thinking attorney who brings a unique perspective to her practice, enabling her to look beyond traditional tactics and prevail in high-stakes litigation. She has successfully adjudicated cases via dispositive motions and secured favorable resolutions in high multi-million exposure cases.
During law school, she completed judicial externships for the Honorable Steve Jones in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the Honorable Cristal Brisco in the Saint Joseph Circuit Court in Mishawaka, Indiana. She also provided legal representation to clients as a Notre Dame Clinical extern.
