Deborah Lempogo is a client-centered litigator in the Atlanta office whose practice focuses on representing a variety of clients in product liability, complex civil litigation, class action, multidistrict litigation and insurance-related catastrophic and mass tort matters. Using innovative, yet pragmatic case strategy, Deborah has counseled and successfully defended product manufacturers, automotive companies, transportation companies, pharmaceutical companies and insurers in federal and state courts throughout the US.

Deborah also has extensive experience providing insurance coverage advice and defending insurance companies in complex commercial cases. Deborah has been involved in significant catastrophic and mass tort claims, including her prior work representing a national insurer in connection with the US opioid litigation.

Before becoming a lawyer, Deborah was a benefits officer for the government of Canada, where she interpreted and applied the provisions of the Canada Pension Plan, the Old Age Security Act and more than 50 international agreements to determine an applicant’s entitlement to a retirement pension, old age security pension and disability pension.
