Felicia James works in our Business Law Practice and is a member of the Insurance Practice Group. Felicia began at Foley as a summer associate where she provided counsel to insurance and reinsurance industry clients regarding their compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. Felicia also has in-counsel experience at a large insurance company.
Prior to attending law school, Felicia was a tax accountant and has experience preparing various portions of the federal and state income tax compliance for a number of entities within a large, consolidated group.
