J. Mark Debro is a self-proclaimed college brat, his parents having had careers in higher education. Mark had the privilege of living on around college campuses in Mississippi and Indiana. After moving around growing up, Mark has made Alabama home. He enjoys time with his family, traveling and photography. J. Mark Debro is an accomplished litigator. He began practicing law in 1999. Mark is a former Assistant City Attorney with the City of Huntsville. Having previously worked in the areas of municipal law and personal injury litigation, Mark joined the firm in 2005 as an Associate and became Partner in 2007. Mark has successfully tried cases across the state of Alabama in both state and federal court. His practice spans from commercial and residential construction to insurance defense and personal injury, to civil rights litigation, and subrogation.
When he isn’t litigating, Mark is also a stand-in Municipal Judge and Municipal Prosecutor, giving him a wide array of experience across multiple areas of law.
