Johnine is the principal of the Law Offices of Johnine Clark, P.A., founded in 1997, located in Greenbelt, Maryland. The law firm’s primary practice areas are family law and estate planning serving clients in Maryland and the District of Columbia. As an attorney with over thirty years of experience Johnine has represented the firm’s clients in administrative appeals, and in both federal and state courts.
The firm from its’ inception has always sought to provide quality legal services, coupled with excellent responsive customer service. Johnine was recently elected to the Friends of the Greenbelt Museum Board of Directors, and they are spearheading a $1,000,000 fundraising campaign for building expansion and renovation. Johnine was recently appointed to the Maryland State Bar Association’s Solo and Small Firm Council, and Fee Dispute Resolution Committee.
Johnine graduated from Iona College in 1984, with a degree in Political Science, prior to receiving her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 1990.
Johnine has been a Professional Registered Parliamentarian since 2019, currently serving as President of the District of Columbia Association of Parliamentarians and Parliamentarian to Rho Mu Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated while providing parliamentary opinions to individuals, and organizations on a regular basis.
