Kendeil Dorvilier is an associate in McCarter & English's Corporate Practice Group with nearly five years of corporate law experience, an MBA and a background in accounting. She advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, complex financings, commercial law, and governance issues. Kendeil's practice is industry-agnostic, and she represents clients of all sizes, from emerging growth companies to global conglomerates.
Kendeil is also a member of the firm’s Delaware Corporate, LLC & Partnership Law Group, routinely working on sophisticated matters for Delaware corporations and alternative entities, including entity formations, divisive mergers and other complex spinoff strategies.
Kendeil is a graduate of Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she served as president of the Black Law Students Association. While in law school, Kendeil also interned for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, as well as the Office of Governor John Carney.
