Lance joined Reed Smith’s Records & E-Discovery Group in 2014. As an e-discovery attorney, his responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing discovery material to determine responsiveness, privilege, criticality, and confidentiality as well as assisting with redactions. He has worked on compliance, device liability, government investigation, and general litigation matters, among others.
Lance’s previous experience includes working at the Office of the Public Defender where he filed motions, briefs, and memoranda of law, managed case activities, and assisted with legal investigations.
