Aaron Gbewonyo is an Associate Attorney with Shegerian & Associates. His work includes all aspects of case management, including taking and defending depositions, pre-trial motions, discovery, case management, client relations, and mediations. As a workers comp attorney, he has worked with numerous companies of various sizes in wage discrimination matters giving him an insight into corporate logic in workers compensation cases. As a law student at the University of Arizona, Mr. Gbewonyo worked as a student attorney in the Child and Family Law Clinic where he helped represent, negotiate, and mediate for minors in reunification, adoption, and severance matters.

Additionally, Mr. Gbewonyo served as a Legal Intern for the University Disability Resource Center, where he conducted legal research into the equal treatment of the physically disabled on campus and in the broader community of Tucson, Arizona. In addition to his law degree, Mr. Gbewonyo earned a BA in Political Science from California State University, Northridge. Prior to his arrival at Shegerian & Associates, he served as General Counsel to a large litigation firm where he performed legal research, depositions, and drafted motions pertaining to workers compensation and wage discrimination matters.
