Morgan Lea represents lenders, servicers, and investors in judicial foreclosure actions throughout the state of Florida. In addition, Ms. Lea manages the firm’s post-foreclosure evictions in Florida. Ms. Lea has over ten years of experience helping clients navigate and comply with state and federal regulatory laws for both of her practices. In her spare time, Ms. Lea volunteers on local non-profit boards in Orlando, FL. Not only a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc., Ms. Lea was appointed to serve on the Municipal Planning Board for the City of Orlando from August 2017 until July 2023, as well as served as a member of the Affordable Housing Committee for the City of Orlando from March 2018 to February 2023. Ms. Lea also served as the President of Parramore District, Inc., a non-profit that aims to be a platform and resource for business owners, property owners, and residents of the Parramore Community, which is the oldest and largest African-American neighborhoods in Orlando.
