Oluwaseun O. Familoni represents clients in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including litigation involving claims of employment discrimination, harassment, and benefits-related disputes under ERISA. She also works with employers to establish and implement policies that reduce the risk of litigation. Prior to attending law and business school, Shay worked in human resources for two Fortune 50 companies. With her M.B.A. from The Wharton School, Shay brings a unique perspective on business and law to serve her clients' needs.

While in law school, Shay was an Institute of Law and Economics Scholar and served as editor on Penn Law's Journal of Business. She also served as director for one of the law school's pro bono groups, the Employment Advocacy Project.
While at Wharton, Shay was a Joseph Wharton Fellow and served as a Leadership and Non-Profit Board Fellow.
