Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Remington was raised primarily in West Memphis, Arkansas. He is a proud graduate of West Memphis High School who went on to pursue an English degree in Literary Studies at Hendrix College, a liberal arts school in Conway, Arkansas. After completing his undergraduate degree, he took a year off and taught English courses and tutored at Arkansas State Mid-South. He remains a staunch advocate of education and enjoys helping students pursue their educational and life goals. In 2022, he graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law and was admitted to the Missouri Bar.

During his first year of practice, Remington skillfully drafted a plethora of challenging motions and memorandums, which included motions to strike experts based on Rule 26, Daubert challenges, and motions for summary judgment involving first-party insurance claims. As such, his work ethic and passion for legal writing has produced success for clients in both federal and state court.

Further, Remington has given back to his alma mater and Missouri residents respectively through various speaking engagements at Saint Louis University, as well as handling expungement matters pro-bono.
