Renay is an associate in the Corporate Department where she regularly advises business clients on a wide array of issues, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, corporate governance, and other related law matters.
Renay earned her J.D., cum laude, from Massachusetts School of Law. During law school, Renay competed in the Black Law Student Association Mock Trial competition for two consecutive years. She also served two years as the President for the Massachusetts School of Law Diversity Alliance association.
Renay earned her B.S. in Business Management and her MBA from Babson College, respectively. During her undergraduate career, Renay played for the Babson College Women’s Basketball team where her team competed in the Elite 8 for two consecutive years.
Prior to law school, Renay worked for several companies in the business and financial services industries where she gained extensive experience in business analytics, problem-solving, and building and fostering client relationships.
