Rosan Agbajoh advises on a variety of commercial litigation matters, including complex contracts and settlement agreements. She has experience litigating civil matters from inception to resolution and has represented clients in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations. She is involved in all stages of case management, including drafting motions and pre-trial documents, conducting discovery, and developing case strategy.
Prior to joining Coblentz, Rosan was a litigation associate at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP in San Francisco.
Rosan is a law coach for San Francisco YMCA Mock Trial. She is a member of the California Association of Black Lawyers, the Bar Association of San Francisco, the Charles Houston Bar Association, and the Black Women Lawyers Association of Northern California.
Rosan earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law where she received the CALI Award for Excellence in Administrative Law and a labor and employment law certificate. She was a Senior Staff Editor for the University of San Francisco Law Review. During her first year in law school, she was one of few students selected to participate in the Keta Taylor Colby Death Penalty Project where she worked on capital defense work in Nashville, Tennessee. She earned her B.A., with honors, in Political Science and a minor in Psychology from California State University, East Bay.
