Rose Grover assists clients with complex privacy and cybersecurity issues. Rose supports a panoply of novel and robust matters, including government investigations, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, client counseling on compliance with privacy and security laws, and data breach response.
During his time at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, Rose was a member of the Moot Court team and served as a student attorney for its Fair Housing/Lending Legal Clinic. While in law school, Rose as a legal extern supported the entire University of Illinois Systems (spanning three campuses across Illinois) pertaining to matters such as Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) related issues, interned at a global pharmaceutical company in its Patient, Data and Privacy law group, and assisted the Greater Chicago Legal Clinic with immigration matters as a Baum fellow. Rose continues to sustain a committed pro bono practice offering legal support for veterans.
