Sharon Nyakundi is an associate in Goodwin’s technology practice, where she represents and advises startups, growth companies and venture capital firms in technology, consumer products and other growth industries. Ms. Nyakundi advises emerging and growth companies on formation, corporate governance and transactional matters throughout their lifecycle.
