Sheneka Lodenquai focuses her practice on employment law and education law, with a particular emphasis on representing K-12 school districts and charter schools. She advises clients on a broad range of employment issues, including compliance with civil rights laws, federal and state labor laws, employee discipline and termination, disability rights, and defense against claims involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She also represents clients in proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Office for Civil Rights (OCR), the Georgia Department of Education (GaDOE), and the Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC).

In addition to her employment practice, Sheneka represents school districts in disputes involving the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, including due process hearings, mediation, and complaint investigations. She regularly advises on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and policies related to ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Sheneka is a skilled litigator who has successfully defended clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings. She also works proactively with clients to develop policies, training programs, and strategies to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with evolving legal standards. A dedicated advocate for her clients, Sheneka is committed to helping school districts and employers navigate complex legal challenges while fostering fair and legally compliant workplaces and educational environments.

Sheneka received her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school, she served as an articles editor for The Journal of Law and Education. In addition, she was a member of the South Carolina School of Law Mock Trial Bar and served as a law school ambassador.
