Simone T. Fair is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation Practice. She focuses on representing and defending clients in matters involving personal injury claims, construction litigation, insurance coverage, and ERISA, life, health, and disability law.
Before joining Semmes, Simone was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Erik S. Atas at the Circuit Court for Baltimore City and was an undergraduate intern for the Honorable Brook Lierman, District 46 of the Maryland Legislature.
She earned her J.D. from Penn State Law at The Pennsylvania State University, where she was an articles editor for the Law and International Affairs Journal. While there, she was twice a legal intern for the Penn State Law Intellectual Property Clinic, serving as the primary point of contact for trademark and patent clients.
While in law school, Simone worked for the in-house legal departments of both American Eagle Outfitters and Teleflex LLC, where she gathered experience in a multitude of areas of law.
Simone received her bachelor’s degree in history and government with a concentration in government. She served as president of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society, and treasurer of the Maryland Student Legislature.
