He helps clients navigate contracts, lease agreements, closing documents, and easements. Theland also has experience assisting venture fund investment into early stage companies.
Before joining Holland & Hart as an Associate, Theland completed the firm's Summer Clerk program. During law school, he worked at the Deming Center Venture Fund where he helped analyze start-up opportunities for venture capital investment.
