Vivian Williams is a 5-Star rated criminal defense, trademark and copyright attorney.
She served in the Office of the Public Defender where she handled many felony and misdemeanor cases including, gun charges, drug charges, violations of probation, assault and battery, burglary, traffic, and DUIs. During her time at the Office of the Public Defender she became an experienced trial attorney. There she tried and won many cases and was affectionately dubbed "The DUI Queen."

Vivian is very active in her local community. She participates in "Ask-A-Lawyer Day" with Jacksonville Area Legal Aid and Three Rivers Legal Services. She is a Board Member of Three Rivers Legal Services, Lumen Repertory Theatre, and D.W. Perkins. She is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, Jacksonville Women's Lawyers Association, and the Joseph Hatchett Bar Association.
Vivian received a B.A. in Political Science and Humanities from Jacksonville University and a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. She is eligible to practice in Florida, the U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida and can handle trademarks and copyrights in ALL 50 states.
