Yolanda focuses her practice on international capital markets where she represents underwriters, issuers and foreign governments in U.S. and international equity offerings (including initial public offerings), investment-grade debt offerings as well as liability management transactions. She also also advises companies on their public disclosures, SEC and NYSE/Nasdaq compliance matters and corporate governance matters.
Committed to pro bono work, Yolanda has devoted her time to matters involving voting rights and election protection as well as international human rights matters for displaced persons.
