Zainab is an Associate in Callahan & Fusco’s Community Association practice. She brings a wealth of knowledge across multiple areas of law including civil litigation, housing, and estate planning. She began her law career as judicial law clerk to the Honorable John J. Burke III JS.C., in Burlington County Superior Court-Family Division. Before joining Callahan and Fusco, Zainab was Assistant Corporation Council/ Municipal Prosecutor for the City of Paterson where her focus areas were civil defense litigation, municipal prosecution and regulatory compliance.
Zainab earned her JD from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2018. During law school she was a Yale Sappern Fellow in New Haven Superior Court. In law school Zainab also earned her mediation certificate and performed housing mediations in landlord tenant court.
Zainab is an Attorney member for the New Jersey Supreme Court District XI (Passaic County) Ethics Committee. She is also a member of Essex County Bar Association, Garden State Bar Association and the Junior League of Montclair Newark.
