Zamani provides corporate and transaction counsel to companies in a variety of industries, with a particular emphasis on media, entertainment, and technology. She regularly represents middle market companies in transactions ranging from $5 Million to $250,000,000, on both the buy and sell side. She has worked closely with private equity funds in portfolio company acquisitions and capital structurings. In addition, Zamani advises clients on day-to-day corporate and business matters, commercial contracts, and strategic partnerships. In her free time, Zamani engages in Baha'i-inspired community building efforts.
