Why didn't the National Rifle Association step up and defend Philando Castile, who was shot and killed by a Minnesota police officer last summer? NRA spokeswoman Dana Loesch says it's because Castile was in possession of a controlled substance. Castile was licensed to carry a gun, and told the officer he had a firearm in the vehicle.
